ABOUT MANAGED CARE SERVICES
Managed Care Services was created in 2018 to help support providers and facilities with the challenge of going in-network with insurance payors. Our goal is to help each provider or facility ethically manage relationships with insurance payors.
In 2022, MCS has added additional services and key executives to encompass all aspects of administration: Compliance, City & County Permitting Processes, Accounting, Organizational Growth, Admissions and Alumni Engagement.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Cost is dependent on multiple variables including region, levels of care, number of facilities being contracted and/or negotiated as well as services requested. Please reach out via phone or email to discuss.
MCS will need the appropriate credentialing information which includes copies of W9, NPI enumeration, state licensure, accreditation, liability and professional liability insurance, disclosure of ownership, organizational chart and staff roster. Don’t know what all this means? MCS will start the process with a free 30 minute phone or video consultation to assess the needs of your company. A detailed proposal will then be provided outlining expectations followed by a written contract.
MCS has completed some contracts in as little as 30 days. On average, the process could take 2 - 4 months from start to finish.
MCS has a proven track record of increasing days authorized and faster reimbursement. MCS will audit and evaluate a provider’s entire UR process, provide high level executive reports and hands on training for a provider’s team.
