Philip Hensarling, LCDCi
Philip Hensarling, LCDCi has over 8 years of experience working in behavioral health and is currently the Chief Operations Officer of an outpatient substance abuse facility. Philip is a licensed therapist and previously served as Executive Director and Corporate Director of Utilization Management for a large behavioral network. He specializes in insurance contracting, credentialing, developing relationships with payors and contract negotiations.

LMSW, LCDC, LISAC
Peter Piraino, LMSW, LCDC, LISAC has over 11 years of experience working in behavioral health and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of a large behavioral health network. Peter is a licensed therapist in multiple states and specializes in organizational development and growth.
CODY ODOM, MS
Cody Odom, MS has over 6 years of experience working in behavioral health and is currently the Chief Financial Officer of a large behavioral health network. He specializes in facility accounting: revenue cycle management, executive dashboards, forecasting and budgeting.
William Zaney, LCDCi
William Zaney, MSHA, LCDC has over 4 years of experience working in behavioral health and is currently the Executive Director of an outpatient substance abuse facility. William is also a licensed therapist and previously served as the Director of Utilization Review and Business Development of a large behavioral network. He is experienced with utilization review, insurance contracting, credentialing, and referral relations.
Erik Jokinen
Erik Jokinen has over 8 years of experience working in behavioral health and serves as a dedicated Admissions Consultant for Managed Care Services. Erik’s favorite part of his career is getting to support those in need as they engage in the inspirational process of asking for help. His goal is to support facilities across the country ensure a seamless admissions process start to finish.
